Classic Toasted
Just coconut, toasted golden with a pinch of sea salt. Nutty, lightly sweet and dangerously moreish.
pol පොල් /pohl/ · noun — Sinhala for coconut.
Crunchy coconut chips, slow-toasted in Sri Lanka from coconuts picked that week. Three flavours: classic toasted, fiery pol sambol and sweet kithul treacle.
Every pouch starts the same way: fresh coconut, sliced thin and toasted low and slow. What goes on next is up to you.
Just coconut, toasted golden with a pinch of sea salt. Nutty, lightly sweet and dangerously moreish.
Our take on Sri Lanka's favourite side: chilli, lime, red onion and black pepper. No Maldive fish, so it's fully vegan.
Glazed in real kithul palm treacle for a deep, smoky caramel crunch. Curd-and-treacle in a pouch.
One pouch of each flavour in a gift-ready box. Made to order for weddings, festivals, corporate gifts and anyone sending a taste of home abroad.

Grown in the Coconut Triangle. Toasted down the road.
Our coconuts come from family estates around Kurunegala, Puttalam and Gampaha, and reach our kitchen within two days of picking.
It's in the sambol, the curry, the kiribath and the kavum. We grew up scraping it, squeezing it and sneaking pieces of it straight from the shell.
Snackwithpol takes that same coconut and turns it into the snack we always wanted: thin, golden, properly crunchy, and made with ingredients you can pronounce.
Mature coconuts are hand-harvested from partner estates in the Coconut Triangle.
We crack, pare and slice the white flesh into long, thin ribbons. Nothing is dried in advance.
Small batches are toasted low and slow until golden, then seasoned while still warm.
Nitrogen-flushed, resealable pouches keep every chip crunchy, in Colombo or in London.
Buffalo curd, a drizzle of kithul and a handful of chips on top. The dessert you already love, now with texture.
Crumble over warm kiribath. Milk rice and pol sambol, the classic pairing, now with crunch.
Mango, papaya and banana blended thick, topped with chips, passion fruit and a squeeze of lime.
“The Pol Sambol one is dangerous. I finished a pouch before I got home from the shop.”
“My sister brought three pouches back to London. Gone in a weekend, and every chip was still crunchy.”
“We serve the kithul chips on curd and treacle. Guests ask where they can buy them every single day.”
